Are you a leasing company?

No. We are not affiliated with a leasing supplier or dealership. We are independent fleet professionals providing objective advice to Canadian vehicle fleets.

Who are your clients?

Our clients are recognizable companies with corporate fleets, leased and owned, ranging in size from 25 to 500 cars and light trucks.

How much of my time will you need?

We pride ourselves in our low profile approach to both our consulting work and in the day to day management of our client's fleets . We get that you want to get on with your core business. We get that the fleet isn't your only priority. Our clients don't want or need to become fleet experts to have an expertly run fleet.

Why should we outsource the management of our fleet?

Because unless you have a fleet professional in house managing & scrutinizing this huge expense every day, you’re likely leaving "money on the table.”  Knowing your fleet is in good hands, you can get on with your core business.

Why should we outsource our fleet to GDV Fleet Solutions as opposed to my leasing supplier?

While leasing company programs can administer your fleet, management of your fleet is our commitment to you.  Our independence allows us to audit all products and services, including those of your leasing supplier, with no competing priorities.  Your company's bottom line is our sole interest and reflected in our day to day management of your fleet.  If the management of your fleet is locked in with your supplier, you run the risk of losing control over one of your largest single expenses.

We believe our independence and objectivity is your solution to ensuring your fleet dollars are optimized.

What about your fees?

Consulting fees are generally recovered within 3 to 4 months with 90% of our clients realizing a 10% reduction in their annual fleet expenses. Our fleet management fees are comparable to payroll and associated costs of an in house fleet professional, in proportion to the size of your fleet.  Our fees are typically more than offset by the savings generated.
