
My Story
After graduating from UWO in Economics, I pursued my love of cars at two major vehicle leasing companies. Over the next 15 years I held leadership positions in both sales and service, gaining an in depth understanding of the corporate fleet leasing business in Canada. During those years I realized a glaring reality… that for most organizations, their fleet expenses were among their top 5 highest! And yet… since only the largest companies could justify a full time in house, fleet manager, the majority of these fleets were left without objective oversight of one of their largest single expenses!
Recognizing this need, I created GDV Fleet Solutions in 1995. Since then, I have been delivering this much needed support in two ways:

Ongoing, full service, fleet management from my office in Barrie, Ontario and/or

One time “snapshot” focusing in on expense reductions.
Throughout these years I developed a client list of well known organizations in a broad range of business sectors. These partnerships were long standing and reflected my priority on relationships and delivering what was promised.
I have spent the last 5 years focusing on family priorities but have recently decided to jump back into the fleet management world. I'm looking forward to helping with your corporate fleet!

I provide one-time comprehensive fleet expense analysis that consistently reduces overall fleet expenses by 8% to 10%. Other projects have included conducting supplier RFPs, leasing vs car allowance comparisons and policy development and documentation. Lets work together to optimize your fleet management strategy.
